Full-service window cleaning is inside and outside glass plus screens, tracks and sills, which is what most first cleans and recurring routes use. We quote both tiers, and recurring contracts lock in the better per-visit price.
Yes, on full-service jobs. Screens are popped out, washed and reset; tracks and sills are vacuumed and wiped so the grime doesn't just rinse back onto clean glass. It's the difference between windows that look clean and windows that actually are.
We clean anything reachable from the ground with water-fed poles and from ladders where it's safe — ground-level storefronts, homes and low- to mid-rise glass. We don't do high-rise, lift or rope-access work; we stay within safe reach, which covers the vast majority of storefronts, offices and homes. If a building needs more than that, we'll tell you up front.
